Collecting Your Personal Information
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We will not pass on your details to any third party and do not send out marketing e-mails to customers unless they have registered to receive such material.
The type of information we ‘may’ collect about you includes:

Generally, this information is requested when you are either downloading free products, when you purchase any of our products (eBooks, software etc.), or when you subscribe to our newsletters. How We Control Your Personal Information

If in the future we did for any reason wish to rent, sell or use your email address for any other purpose we will ask you for your permission first.

Like most website operators, Love Your Life collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Love Your Life’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how Love Your Life’s visitors use its website. From time to time, Love Your Life may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.
Love Your Life also collects potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for logged in users and for users leaving comments on our blogs. Certain visitors to Love Your Life’s websites choose to interact with Love Your Life in ways that require Love Your Life to gather personally-identifying information. For instance, Love Your Life may monitor the most popular pages on the list25.com site or use spam screened by the Akismet service to help identify spam. Love Your Life may display this information publicly or provide it to others. However, Love Your Life does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below.
Protection of Certain Personally-Identifying Information
Love Your Life discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only to those of its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations that (i) need to know that information in order to process it on Love Your Life’s behalf or to provide services available at Love Your Life’s websites, and (ii) that have agreed not to disclose it to others. Comments and other content submitted to Akismet anti-spam service are not saved on our servers unless they were marked as false positives, in which case we store them long enough to use them to improve the service to avoid future false positives.
