What Happens When You Ignore a Crying Baby

Building emotionally healthy children is such an important part of being a parent, especially as we’re seeing more and more younger people developing mental health issues like anxiety and depression.

And it’s really exhausting and challenging at times too.

So next time you see someone struggling with a crying baby in public, don’t shame them for the baby being noisy but offer support and compassion to the parents to enable them to keep giving the vital support and compassion to their babies.

How To Give at Christmas, At NO Cost To Yourself!

How To Give at Christmas, At NO Cost To Yourself!

My sister has the same genetic condition as me and my children (Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome). She strives hard to live a normal life as much as possible and has such a strong spirit!

She has worked so hard over the years to make the best of what cards she was dealt with, but sometimes we all need a little help in life too! In order for her to treat some of her symptoms, she is having to have multiple painful surgeries over the next year, but the NHS don’t fund them either!

[Self-Esteem Challenge] Day 4

[Self-Esteem Challenge] Day 4

It’s Day 4 of the challenge! Can you believe how far you’ve come?

Relationships are really important, right? In fact, I would say that few things are more valuable than good relationships.

But when was the last time you took stock of your relationships?

It’s not something we do very often.

I want to say something that may surprise you: some relationships are really helpful for you…

…and some can really hurt you.

Today you’re going to take stock of your relationships and you’re going to identify those people who really build up your self-esteem.

I think you’ll really be helped by this particular exercise because we so rarely do it.

Take Today’s Challenge

I also want you to leave a comment. What was it like for you to take stock of your relationships? Was it hard? What did you learn?

Can we talk about the voices in your head?

And no, you’re not crazy! 🙂

But every day, you have two voices running through your head.

One is REALLY good…

…the other is REALLY bad.

And here’s the deal: You’ll never grow in self-esteem and self-love until you STOP listening to the bad voice.

Now, what bad voice am I talking about? Take today’s challenge to find out!

Once you’ve taken the challenge, please leave a comment and let me know your thoughts. Have you silenced the voice in your head?
